A great seminar with Professor Palhares this weekend.  The professor was joined by his son Pedro on this trip.  We had a great turnout, with people joining us from Jackson and Cliff Fonseca's crew from Jiu Jitsu Nation in Smyrna.

We worked on several takedown variations and then went through a series of Butterfly Guard sweeps followed by some friendly rolling.
